In addition, by signing and approving the details in the form, you hereby testify that the information provide above is correct to the best of your knowledge and that you agree to the Privacy Policy & Terms of Services of Unisoftwares as a service provider.
Once the form is submitted, Unisoftwares will create the relevant campaigns within 8 working days, I agree that I will provide all the necessary information required to get the account or campaigns created.
By agreeing to the terms of this onboarding form, the Client acknowledges and agrees that Unisoftwares will have exclusive administrative control over the Client's Google Ads account during the period that the account is managed by Unisoftwares. The Client further agrees that no other person, agency, or entity shall be granted administrative access to the Google Ads account unless authorized in writing by Unisoftwares.
Unisoftwares retains the right to maintain full control of the account settings, configurations, and access permissions to ensure the successful management of campaigns and account integrity. Any request for administrative access must be submitted in writing, and such access will be granted only at Unisoftwares' sole discretion.
Upon termination or completion of the services provided by Unisoftwares, all administrative access will be transferred to the Client or to a designated party as mutually agreed upon in writing by both Parties.
The Client acknowledges and agrees that for the purpose of ensuring campaign relevancy, performance, and optimization during the first month of management, Unisoftwares may add a third-party phone number or tracking number to the Client’s Google Ads account or campaigns. This third-party number will be used solely for monitoring purposes, including but not limited to tracking call volume, lead quality, and overall campaign effectiveness.
The third-party monitoring is implemented to gather insights and ensure that the advertising efforts align with the Client's objectives.
Unisoftwares will ensure that the use of the third-party number will not interfere with the Client’s existing communication processes or business operations.
Upon completion of the first month or at the discretion of Unisoftwares, the third-party number may be removed or adjusted, and any relevant data collected during this period will be made available to the Client in campaign performance reports.
