The Client further agrees to the following:

a) The tower will not decline a job assigned to their location at any cost.

b) We will charge a specified call amount if the tower and customer do not agree on the payment and we are able to lost a job.

c) The tower will be charged if they cancel the job after confirming their availability.

d) If the tower does not show up at the assigned location at the scheduled time, still we will charge our fee.

e) We will apply a charge if the tower is unavailable or fails to respond within a reasonable time.

Once the form is submitted, Tow Rankers will create the relevant campaigns within 30 days, I agree that I will provide all the necessary information required to get the account or campaigns created.

By agreeing to the terms of this onboarding form, the client acknowledges and agrees that Tow Rankers will have exclusive administrative control over the marketing process during the period that the client is active with Tow Rankers. The client further agrees that this is a non-exclusive agreement and does not create any liability for client's business gains or losses and will not be binding any employment relationship.

The client acknowledges and agrees that for the purpose of ensuring campaign relevancy, performance, and optimization, Tow Rankers may monitor and record the calls for quality assurance purposes. This will be used solely for monitoring purposes, including but not limited to tracking call volume, lead quality, and overall marketing process effectiveness.

Tow Rankers will provide qualified and warm customer leads seeking for towing and roadside assistance jobs, therefore, once the job is assigned to client with an acknowledgement over a recorded line, Tow Rankers will automatically charge the client for the lead cost as per the defined rates per lead from the card on file based on the nature of the lead assigned.
